Strengthening our Expertise: Enzyme Training

To further strengthen our technical expertise and customer support capabilities, our Technical Support team conducted an enzyme refresher training for the Sales and Commercial team on 12 November 2025. The session covered the fundamentals of bread making, guiding participants through each stage of the baking process, from ingredient weighing and dough preparation to producing the perfect loaf. The training also explored how enzyme solutions can enhance every step of the bread-making process, improving quality, consistency, and production efficiency. A key focus of the session was understanding the unique function of each enzyme and how to select the right solution to address specific baking challenges faced by customers. Through hands-on demonstrations, the team compared bread produced with and without enzymes, allowing participants to clearly observe the differences in dough handling, texture, volume, and overall product quality. By combining technical knowledge with practical application, this training equips our Sales and Commercial team to better understand our customers' needs and recommend tailored enzyme solutions that help them achieve consistent, high-quality baking results.
